The People Puzzle

This is a really cool illusion that I stumbled across, its a bit of fun so click the link and see if you can work it out.

What you have to do is count the number of people in this animation, wait a few seconds until they change places, and then count them again… is there a problem with your counting, or is this some kind of magic trick :)
